MNEURIX // QUEST publishes technical gaming intelligence — breakdowns of mechanics, engines, server architecture, and hardware — built directly from official sources, not from other news sites. This page explains where the intel comes from, how it is produced, and how we keep it honest.
1. Where the intel comes from (primary sources only)
We read the original, official material so you don't have to wade through ad-bloated rewrites. Our intake draws exclusively from:
- Developer & publisher press kits and official announcement posts.
- Official RSS feeds and studio blogs.
- Steam News announcements and store-page updates.
- Official patch notes and technical update posts.
Every article cites the specific official source it was built from — look for the Source link at the top of the article and the Verified Press Source in the fact card. If a claim isn't traceable to a cited official source, it doesn't go in.
2. How an article is produced
- Smart ingestion — official feeds and press kits are monitored continuously.
- Triage & dedupe — reposts and minor hotfixes are filtered out; each item gets an Impact Score (1–10) so major reveals surface.
- Fact extraction — structured specs (platforms, release window, engine features, hardware requirements) are pulled before prose is written, straight from the official source.
- Draft — a technical breakdown is written around the extracted facts.
- Anti-slop + human review — the draft is checked against strict quality directives (no filler, no clichés, no invented detail) and reviewed before publish.
3. AI use, disclosed honestly
Articles are AI-assisted — drafted from the cited official sources — and then reviewed. We do not present machine output as human reporting, and we do not fabricate quotes, specs, or dates. If something can't be tied to the official source, we leave it out rather than guess.
We are a synthesis outlet, not an original-reporting one: we don't run our own developer interviews or on-site coverage. Our job is to read the official primary sources and turn them into fast, technical, low-noise breakdowns — and to link you back to those sources.
4. Corrections & independence
- Corrections. Spotted an error? Email [email protected]. We correct and note the change. We don't quietly memory-hole fixes.
- No publisher money. We don't take payment for coverage, run sponsored scores, or accept embargoes that compromise a breakdown. Advertising (where present) is clearly separated from editorial.
- Independent. Coverage decisions aren't influenced by publishers, developers, or partners.
